XP Storage is a pretty useful Mod on Minecraft 1.17.1/1.16.5 that allows you to save your experience in the item!

Application:

  • Right-click: save the maximum amount of your experience in the book (maximum 30 lats per book). If you have more than 30 levels, it will return your remaining experience
  • Right-click while sneaking: Get experience saved in the book
  • Experience book recipe: 1 book (of course it’s a book), 2 lapis lazuli (it stores experience, so lapis lazuli gives feelings), 2 diamonds (it’s pretty powerful and precious, so it still makes sense)

XP Storage Mod Installation

  1. Download and install the latest version of Fabric API and Fabric Modloader
  2. Download and install Architectury API + Cloth Config API
  3. Download XP Storage Mod (selected versions below)
  4. Place the downloaded mod in the folder ./minecraft/mods/
  5. In addition, you can install the Mod Menu
