There’s a surprising level of depth to the systems and mechanics at play in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, with the ability to combine Materia and Accessories to create new or significantly powerful variants of Materia. The downside is that there are tons of Materia, leading to many ways to use this, ultimately making some players not try their hand at it.
Materia Fusion is a crucial aspect of Crisis Core, allowing you to enhance your combat prowess with the right formula, but having no direction of how to use it properly or what types of Materia does what can be a significant obstacle for many people. Magic Materia Recipes (Green)
Magic Materia is the Green Materia that allows you to cast Fire, Ice, Thunder, Barriers, Poison, and other elemental spells, and is the most common and crucial Materia form in the game. Due to this, Magic Materia has the most recipes of the bunch, but that also means that you can pinpoint exactly what you want or need and whip it up if you have the required resources.

Commanda Materia is the Yellow Materia that allows you to perform specific actions such as Steal, Goblin Punch, Assault Twister, and much more. As a result, this Materia has some variants that will use Zack’s AP Gauge and some that will use MP, just like the Magic Materia does. Complete Materia Recipes (Purple)
Complete Materia refers to the Purple Materia and is basically the Materia that allows you to increase your Stats. You can raise Zack’s AP, ATK, MAG, MP, SPR, and VIT via Complete Materia, making it an excellent way to squeeze extra damage or defense out of your build, especially if you pair it with an Accessory that breaks the default limit of that Stat.
