We don’t yet know when Ubisoft+ is coming to Xbox, but insiders report that its arrival is imminent. In support of this, one gamer claimed to have found a “Discover Ubisoft+” box on the rewards page, captioned “Get unlimited access to fan-favorite franchises and more.” I’m here.
This finding was shared on the Gaming Leaks and Rumors subreddits by u/polar_hun, with one commenter u/PastryAssassinDeux backing it up.
According to the original poster, “Click [the Ubisoft+ tab] It leads to an error page”, so it’s clear it wasn’t meant to be there, and it’s said to have been deleted abruptly. Photo of him Ubisoft+ on Xbox linked in the Reddit post below.
It’s currently unknown how Ubisoft+ will work on Xbox. Bundled with PS Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions so you can attach it to Game Pass. However, neither party has said this is the case, so Ubisoft+ may just launch as its own separate subscription on Xbox that must be purchased in addition to Game Pass.
Xbox-focused industry insider Jez Corden has made earlier claims that Ubisoft+ is coming to Xbox soon, corroborating a February leak that found that the Xbox OS was updated to add the Ubisoft+ icon. I’m here. Corden also revealed in his follow-up tweet when asked if Ubisoft+ will be bundled with Game Pass, “We don’t know yet.”
Little is known about how Ubisoft+ will perform on Xbox, but you can look elsewhere to make a guess. These include Rainbow Six Siege, Far Cry 6, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Immortals Fenyx Rising, The Division 2, and more. PS Plus Extra is priced at the same $14.99 and already lines up with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play.
Ubisoft+ doesn’t add new games from day one, and new releases usually take time to implement, but they usually offer perks like discounts and season passes. is the problem. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Given the claims that its arrival is “imminent,” the Ubisoft+ icon added in February, and this new discovery, it doesn’t look like we’ll be waiting too long after all.
