Found by traveling north of the Sanctuary and turning west/south-west down a hidden path found right before the first lily pad. Mossy is found at the very end of this path.

Watchtower
Shortly after entering the Watchtower for the first time via Faerieland, Nail can be found on the main path to the right of the Watchtower Remembrance and on the left side of the train tracks. They are guarded by faeries.

Faerieland Tower
Story-related and cannot be missed. Metalhead is gained after saving him from faeries in the second level of the Faerieland Tower and having him open the gate to the second Tir Na Nog.

Leafy Nook
Found north of the Jade Hill Sanctuary and above an area with three fae and a spring mushroom. Hidden in a side path in the water that can be drained by Cereza. They ask for 25 Onyx Roses.

Jade Hill
Near Jade Hill’s first Tir Na Nog site and before reaching the Jade Hill Sanctuary, take the path on the northern side of the vine bridge to the southeast. Destroy the icy brambles at the end to find a mushroom ladder and a path that leads to Rattles.

Forgotten Knoll
From the Forgotten Knoll’s Wisps’ Hideaway, travel north to find Pinpoint just outside standing on the cliffside overlooking the circus tent. They’re the wisp on the far left. They require 5 Unicorn Horns.

Wyvern Falls
Behind the Wyvern Falls Sanctuary via its shortcut ladder. From the shortcut location, follow the path backward to an area thick with bushes. Take the secret path to the right to find Plop at the end.

Forgotten Knoll/Amadan’s Big Top
After climbing out of Amadan’s Big Top and jumping up a series of mushrooms to Jade Hill, take the yellow spring mushrooms to the left to reach Robin on their own, independent platform. They require 2 Demonic Mist potions.

Chalkroot Hollow
From the Chalkroot Hollow Sanctuary, climb down the mushroom ladder on the right and follow the path to a water source you can absorb. Head right again and descend to use Fire Cheshire on the ice within the exposed hollow. Kingsley will be inside.

From the Forgotten Knoll hidden pathway beside the entrance slide, take the path using the yellow spring mushroom, traverse past the Inferno Fruit and the fire brazier to find Flick all the way at the end of the Windy Knot path. They require 15 Baked Gecko materials.

Faerieland Tower
After the second Tir Na Nog site, Illusion, Fun Guy is found to the far west side of this area behind a wall that can be pulled down by Wood Cheshire. They are suspended by several balloons and must be pulled down with Cheshire’s Wood Grab.

Chalkroot Hollow
Vince can be found by leaving Chalkroot Hollow Sanctuary to the north and wrapping around a path that leads through Sunspeckled Grove. You’ll need to push the crate near the end of Sunspeckled Grove to a ladder, climb up, take the route with several flowers that will require you to use both Wood and Water Cheshire and go past the Tir Na Nog site to a dead end where Vince waits next to the shortcut back to Chalkroot Hollow. He asks for 20 Mandragora Roots.

Your first wisp, Captain, is saved from the first Faerieland Tower Tir Na Nog and later claimed after you use the bridge lever and speak with him.

North of the Sunkissed Shore Sanctuary, Fishy is standing beside a palm tree. They ask for 50 Baked Geckos.

From the Forbidden Grounds/Overgrown Shrine Sanctuary, turn right to ride several flowers up to a cliffside. Wrapper can be found by following the path all the way to a dead end, ignoring the opportunity to turn north.

Story-related and cannot be missed. Found hanging from a crane mechanism in a faerie trap. Claimed after defeating the faeries and freeing them.

When entering Giant’s Basin from the Windy Knot, head to the far west of the cave entrance to find him against the stone wall.
Sir Toppie

Lake Nimueh
After reaching Lake Nimueh’s Sanctuary, take the lily pad south of it to the east and then around to the northwest. Avoid all the islands and platforms on the way to find Sir Toppie on a small, wooden hand. He requires 25 Unicorn Horns.
Sawtooth

Lake Nimueh
Travel east of Lake Nimueh’s Sanctuary and ride on several floating flowers up to a series of platforms that can be repaired with Regenerate. Have Cereza fix them to jump onto the upper area where Sawtooth can be found near the braziers.
Lil’ Slug

Watchtower
From the Watchtower Sanctuary, take the nearby mossy tree root on the left upwards. Follow it to a platform Cereza can use Regenerate on and find Lil’ Slug on the other side. He wants 99 Avalon Drops.
Snout

Amadan’s Big Top (Forgotten Knoll)
Progressing through the backstage area of Amadan Dubh’s circus, Snout can be found atop an arena with three fae guarding them. After defeating the fae, Cheshire’s Stomp must be used to clear crates from a seesaw on the northeast side. Jumping on it will allow Cereza to reach Snout up top.

Puca’s Fortress
After speaking with Morgana at the end of Chapter 10, uncover a hidden path to the left behind a large ice pillar. The area will be filled with ice pillars that each have an enemy inside. Defeat or ignore them and reach the final ice pillar in the back, northern corner to melt Punk’s icy prison and set him free.

To the right of Wyvern Falls Sanctuary, travel down the stairs and one mushroom ladder before taking a path off to the right that leads to an elevator. Take this elevator up to find Angel beside a bridge lever. She asks for 35 Onyx Roses.

When entering lower Chalkroot Hollow from the Wyvern Falls area, use Cheshire’s Aquastream on the nearby pipe to force Bullseye out.

Faerieland Sanctuary
On the right side of the Sanctuary (going south and then east), cross the pond area by using Wood Cheshire to move the platforms on the left side for Cereza and then swim across with Water Cheshire so he may transform to Wood again and pull her over. Bruce is on the other side and asks for 3 Blast Cocktails.

To the far left of Giant Basin’s Sanctuary (not down the stairs), Cindy can be found laying in a gazebo area. They ask for 3 Healing Tonics.

Ashenbark Woods
From the Ashenbark Woods Sanctuary, head north as if to enter Puca’s Fortress and, instead of climbing the first spiraling ramp, break down the gate to the left of it. Follow the path down to find Scott on the platform to the left before the stairs to the Tir Na Nog.

Jade Hill
At the beginning of Jade Hill toward the Whispering Path entrance, Sprout can be found in an area behind an absorbable water source.

Puca’s Fortress
Within Puca’s Fortress and after climbing the gears past the large windows (where Cereza needed to be stealthy when storming the fortress alone), Leatherhead can be found left of the next elevator device behind a gate Cheshire can break with Slash, or while in Hug Mode.

At the base of Faerieland Tower between the first Tir Na Nog (to the left) and bridge to the Sanctuary (to the right), Needy lies above a seesaw puzzle that requires Stone Cheshire. Jumping up onto this tall platform, Needy will be at the very top.

To the right of the Watchtower’s last Tir Na Nog, Plunging Down, and before descending the slide to the Watchtower’s Sanctuary, Wired will be standing on at the dead end. They require 2 Umbran Syrups.
Snipster

Sunspeckled Grove
From the wooden bridge tower in Sunspeckled Grove, descend the stairs and follow a mossy bridge to the far west across to a pile of boulders. Use Cheshire’s Stomp to find Snipster on the path on the other side.
Straight Edge

Sunspeckled Grove
From the Tir Na Nog: Revengeance area (reachable via a hidden path behind a door Wood Cheshire can pull near the entrance of Lake Nimueh), go east to find a broken bridge you can repair with Cereza. Straight Edge will be at the end of the path on the other side.

Sunspeckled Grove
Near the exit of Lake Nimueh and the entrance of Sunspeckled Grove, descend the mossy bridge where a faerie stands guard and past some brambles and two opening and closing giant flowers. Where a flower that can be absorbed leads to a watery dead end, use Water Cheshire to retrieve the lily pad nearby. Follow the purple butterflies northward to find Pipes standing on a rock at the end. He requests 3 Demonic Mist.

Amadan’s Big Top / Forgotten Knoll
Traversing through Amadan’s Big Top, turn left once you’re met with a wide-open dirt area where a Spinner faerie will always spawn to challenge you. Behind the Tir Na Nog site, use the yellow spring mushroom to reach a higher platform. Above, go left and under the door to follow the path to stones you can absorb. Machina is trapped behind them.

Ashenbark Woods
Venturing through the Ashenbark Woods all the way to the second spinning flamethrower trap, instead of going down the stairs at the center of the platform, follow the flamethrowers to take the ramp to the southwest. Absorb the fire power and put out the remaining fire at the end of the path with Water Cheshire to find Patches at the end. She asks for 3 Healing Tonics.

Overgrown Shrine
Shortly after entering the Overgrown Shrine from the Forbidden Grounds, descend into a circular area with a Journal piece and a tall shard of ice on the right side. Melt the ice with Fire Cheshire to reveal Trent inside.
