Compressium is a Mod for Minecraf 1.17.1/1.16.5/1.15.2 that allows you to compress your blocks. When you compress them, they become another block in the dark. To compress a block, all you have to do is put those 9 blocks into a crafting box to create a compressed version.

How does it work?
The mod allows you to compress a block up to 9 times in a row. For example, I can take a 9 cobblestone to form 1 compressed cobblestone (x1). Then take a 9 compressed cobble (x1) to compress it into 1 compressed cobble (x2). Continue in the same way until it becomes a compressed cobble (x9). This means that you need 387,420,498 blocks (or 9 ^ 9 for short) to make a compressed cobble (x9). You can also “extract” them after compressing the blocks.
The compression will allow you to compress the following blocks:
- Iron Block
- Golden Block
- Diamond Block
- Emerald Block
These new blocks can be used in building/finishing or squeeze blocks to make them easier to store without wasting much storage space.
